Read Before You Join: How to Join the Cabool Area Chamber of Commerce Online & Pay Your Dues

A Step-by-Step Guide for New and Returning Members


Joining the Cabool Area Chamber of Commerce is simple, fast, and completely online. Whether you’re a new business owner or a longtime member of the community, this guide will walk you through exactly how to apply, create your member login, and pay your dues in just a few easy steps.



Getting Started: Navigating the Website


Before you join the Cabool Area Chamber of Commerce, take some time to get familiar with our website. On a desktop computer, use the navigation menu at the top of the screen. On a mobile device, tap the three-line menu icon to open the same options.


You’ll find key links such as Membership Information, About, Resources, Events, Directory, and more!

Step 1: Explore Membership Options


Visit the Membership Information page to review all available membership tiers. We offer Base Memberships as well as Elevated Membership Tiers with expanded marketing and promotional benefits, so you can choose the option that best fits your business goals.

You will select your Membership Tier after your application is approved and your login created! (Learn more at Step 3.)

Step 2: Submit Your Online Application


Click any Join Now button or select Member Application from the menu.


The application takes about 5 minutes to complete. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and approved by our Director. Please allow 3–5 business days for approval due to application volume.


👉 Important Tip: Make sure all of your information is accurate before submitting. This information is used to create your Business Directory listing, which helps customers find your business online.



Step 3: Set Up Your Member Login


After your application is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your member login password. Follow those instructions to create your password and then login to the site.


‼️ Note: This email may land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it.

Follow the instructions in the email to set your password.


Once complete, log in using your email and new password. You now have access to all Members-Only areas of the website.

Step 4: Access Your Member Dashboard


When logged in:

  • On desktop: Click the button with your name in the top-right corner.

  • On mobile: Open the three-line menu and tap the button with your name.


This opens a drop-down menu with links to:

  • Pay Your Dues

  • Your Member Dashboard

  • Marketing Services

  • And more



When logged in on desktop, the Member Menu is available in the top right.

When logged in on Mobile, select the three-line menu and tap the button with your name on it.

Step 5: Pay Your Membership Dues


Once you are logged in, you can now easily pay your dues online! Click Pay Dues to go directly to the Membership Tier page.


  1. Select the membership tier you want to purchase.

  2. You’ll be taken to a secure checkout screen.

  3. Pay online by card, or choose to mail or bring a check to the Chamber office.


🚨 Payment Policy: Membership dues must be paid within 14 days of joining. If payment or communication is not received by that time, your online Membership login could be revoked until dues are paid.

Step 6: What Happens After You Pay


Base Membership Tiers:

  • You’re now officially a Chamber member!

  • Your business will be added to our Business Directory.

  • Join us at our monthly luncheons on the fourth Tuesday of every month.

  • Watch your inbox for Chamber updates, events, and announcements.

  • Add info@caboolchamberofcommerce.org to your email contacts to avoid missing messages.


Elevated Membership Tiers:

  • You are now a Chamber Partner and enjoy all of the same benefits of our base tiers!

  • We immediately begin working on your included marketing and promotional benefits.

  • Our team will contact you if additional information is needed.

  • When using free or discounted event space per your tier choice, please contact our Director to ensure your benefit is applied.



Step 7: Make the Most of Your Membership


The Chamber website is more than just a place to apply and pay dues. It’s a community hub designed to support local businesses!


As a member, you can:

  • Be listed in our online Business Directory

  • Submit events to our Community Calendar

  • Contribute short articles to the Chamber Connect Newsletter

  • Promote your business through Chamber marketing opportunities
