🌾 2026 Old Time Farm Days Sponsorship Opportunities

Support Old Time Farm Days and promote your business to local families, visitors, vendors, and community members during one of Cabool’s favorite fall events!

Please review the sponsorship options below and select your preferred sponsorship at checkout. Every sponsor will also receive recognition on the Chamber website and in social media advertisements.

⏰ Important Deadline: All sponsorships must be reserved by August 8, 2026.

👉 Booklet ad placement is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors who purchase early will have the best opportunity for their ads to be placed closer to the front of the booklet.

⭐ Brochure Ad Sponsorships:

Brochure ad sponsorships will be included in the official printed Old Time Farm Days booklet, which will be handed out to Farm Fest visitors. The booklet will include event information, activity pages, sponsor ads, and more.

Sponsors are responsible for providing their ad design in the correct dimensions for the sponsorship option purchased. Please include your logo, business name, contact information, and any details you would like visitors to see. All artwork must be delivered in PDF format for best print-quality.

If you would like the Chamber to design your ad for you, a $75 design fee will be added. To have your ad designed, please email your logo, business photo, and business information you wish to include to info@caboolchamberofcommerce.org after completing your sponsorship purchase.

• Business Card Sponsor Ad – $25

  • 3.5" x 2" business card-sized ad in the official event booklet.

    
    

• Quarter Page Sponsor Ad – $50

  • 3.625" x 4.75" quarter-page ad in the official event booklet.

    
    

• Half Page Sponsor Ad – $75

  • 7.5" x 4.75" half-page ad in the official event booklet.

• Spotlight Page Sponsor – $50

  • Your logo will be featured on miscellaneous pages throughout the booklet as a sponsor.

    
    

• Premium Coupon Page Ad – $75

  • Includes a 3.5" x 2" coupon for your business on select coupon pages in the official booklet. You are responsible for providing coupon info including the promotion and offer deadline.

  • Full-page ad in the official event booklet. Artwork size: 8.75" x 11.25".

  • Your business banner will be displayed at the Chamber Grounds during Old Time Farm Days. Sponsor must provide the banner.

Every sponsor will also have their logo and business mentioned on the Chamber website and social media advertisements.

📩 Sponsor Submission Sign-Up Deadline: August 8, 2026

In order to have the booklet completed and printed in time for the event, we're asking sponsors to submit their artwork or at least reserve their sponsor spot by August 8th! If more time is needed, please let us know. Please send all assets to info@caboolchamberofcommerce.org.
